CEH offers a well-equipped Laboratory in our continued quest to improve eye care diagnostics and treatment in Eastern Africa. The team at our Laboratory are highly trained in the latest diagnostic techniques. This aids in early detection, which in turn enables us to provide timely and fitting treatment.
The CEH Laboratory provides ophthalmic and general laboratory investigations required for patient care.

Services Offered Include:

• Clinical biochemistry: liver function, renal profile, diabetic profile, lipid profile, thyroid profile, and electrolytes analysis, etc.
• Ocular microbiology: tests for infection of the structures of the eye, be it from trauma, disease, etc.
• Haematology and clinical pathology: tests that cover blood tests and bodily tissues.
